Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Having good mental health is being aware of everyday feelings and emotions and learning to cope with the challenges life brings.

Guided suicide prevention training that teaches how to Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) someone who may be suicidal. 欧宝游戏平台 offers free certification courses to current student, faculty and staff. Register for this 1.5 hour course.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches the risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help. This course is free and certifications last for three years.

  • Wednesday, Feb. 12 & 19, 2-5 p.m.
  • Friday, Mar. 21 & 28, 9 a.m. - noon
  • Thursday, Apr. 3 & 10, noon - 3 p.m. 

Dates will be removed from the online registration when sessions fill up, and registrants will be urged to sign up for a different date or join a waitlist.
